最近這兩週蕃茄開始變便宜了，久違的烤蕃茄終於能重現餐桌，今日早餐澱粉來源是蕃薯，和白花椰菜與蕃茄一起在烤箱中一氣呵成烤熟，其餘的只要開瓦斯煎煎烤烤即可，烤箱真的是省時省事的好幫手，愛死它了❤️
